If for some chance you may remember me,
then look down the Avenues, and in the
gas lamps; Where the yellow of the night glows,
and only imagine me walking with you...

If you think of the times we walked down the
beach, and find yourself walking alone; Then
remember the day we spent looking for luck
with the dollar shells...

If you somehow sense the presence of me
in feeling, and in scent, or in taste; Only look
towards the sky, and remember that nothing
ever completely can be explained...

I will hope that when you read this post,
you will miss me, and only know that now; I
am where I belong, and where it is I am is
very far away, but never too pale to show
you these flowers as memory...
